What do you get when you combine Willie Nelson, Cold Play, pastoral farming and Chipotle? If you answered, “the modernized, Sunbird Farms version of the Rodgers and Hammerstein’s classic ‘My Favorite Things’,” well you’d be just about spot on. Perhaps coming a little late to the party, a graduate student of mine shared this award-winning Chiptole video with me recently. He said I would love it and that I’d never want to eat anything but Chipotle again. Well Caleb, you know your professor very well. So I’m sharing it here for those of you that haven’t seen it. I’d be lying if I didn’t say that it was very nearly an emotional experience for me…. but hey, it’s Willie Nelson. Enjoy.
