Hello, I am a brand new fellow Lamona breeder, having recently managed to acquire a precious 6 Lamona chicks. I don’t know sexes yet, but I plan to select down to 4 breeding quality individuals and then trade one of the remaining for an unrelated (or at least less related) equal quality hen or rooster to increase the genetic base of my flock. Please let me know if this is a possibility you’re also considering.
