Taste of the Table- Sunbird Cellars

This taste of the table sample includes 9-10 pounds of our premium pastured poultry.  It’s a great way to get started and experience a range of textures and flavor.  This is a farmer’s selection but will include at least two of our top-shelf breeds.  Possible choices include the Barbezieux, Silver-Grey Dorking, Light Sussex and Marans.  Taste the unique flavors of our top quality pastured poultry, finished using traditional methods and processed on-farm.  Our rare, heirloom breeds spend their entire lives under our care, from hatch to table.

Seasonal supplies extremely limited.  Drop-off locations are available in Los Angeles and the Bay Area, with summer and winter releases.

Orders placed by January will be delivered in July.  Orders placed by April will be delivered by December.  Raising heritage poultry takes time, and we appreciate your patience and support.  We promise that we are making every effort to ensure that you get the best quality poultry available anywhere, period.
