This taste of the table sample includes 9-10 pounds of our premium pastured poultry.  It’s a great way to get started and experience a range of textures and flavor.  This is a farmer’s selection but will include at least two of our top-shelf breeds.  Contact us for current options.  Taste the unique flavors of our top quality pastured poultry, finished using traditional methods and processed on-farm.  Our rare, heirloom breeds spend their entire lives under our care, from hatch to table.
